About The Position

The position of Associate Manager, Media Partnerships is responsible for creating and executing innovative solutions in media partnerships, sponsorships and integration campaigns across linear and digital channels. This position involves developing a deep understanding of our clients’ business to identify and provide strategic recommendations. Identifying the right media partners for our clients’ briefs, developing unique and creative media concepts, pitching strategic ideas to clients, proving effectiveness, and providing analysis and recommendations for future partnerships.This position provides day-to-day management of all aspects related to media partnerships across a number of platforms including broadcast, digital and audio.

Requirements

  • 2 years in media planning space with experience developing and packaging services to reflect evolving client needs and revenue targets
  • Thorough understanding of media landscape, key trends
  • Significant experience operating successfully, in a complex multi-stakeholder environment
  • A combination of Agency/Media Partner experience would be considered an asset
  • French language competency preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of media partnership plans
  • Lead presentation of concepts to clients
  • Based on feedback and direction from clients, fully develop individual concepts to execution-ready status, including creative considerations, budgets, and related media support
  • Manage work plans, client expectations, partner relationships, measurement, and reporting tools to ensure flawless execution.
  • Manage creative production process with media partners
  • Leverage media partner and internal WPP resources to deliver complete and effective reporting to clients
  • Build relationships with client(s) and media partners to identify new opportunities
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in the media partnership space including new opportunities, formats, platforms, measurement, etc.
