KMK Consulting Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager or Manager-level resource with deep expertise in the Central Nervous System (CNS) therapeutic area to support ongoing and upcoming client engagements. Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically within the CNS space.
• Strong background in patient analytics, brand analytics and sales analytics.
• Proficiency in relevant analytical tools (e.g., SQL or Python).
• Experience working closely with real-world data sources such as claims, EHR / EMR, and other commercial datasets.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in marketing analytics and predictive analytics.
• Prior experience supporting product launches or pre-launch analytics within the CNS space.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing and upcoming client engagements.
• Operate in a highly hands-on capacity, with approximately 50–60% of time dedicated to programming and data analysis.
• Directly manage client interactions and present insights clearly.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, while also contributing individually.
• Balance strategic thinking with executional rigor.
• Support product launches or pre-launch analytics within the CNS space.
