As a reflection of current needs and planned growth we are excited to offer the opportunity to join our team as a Manager, Local & Growth Marketing. Job Overview: This role drives the development and execution of growth marketing initiatives plus integrated full-funnel campaigns, to drive guest acquisition, engagement, and retention, with a strong emphasis on driving local marketing initiatives. In a lean, fast-moving environment, this role is expected to operate with high autonomy, connect dots across functions and channels, get ‘unstuck’ and solve problems, and step in when needed to move initiatives forward. This individual is both strategic and hands-on, and able to build frameworks and plans while also rolling up their sleeves to execute, test, and optimize in real time. This role is expected to spend time in studios and markets—not just operate centrally. 50-65% travel expectation.
