About The Position

MediaRadar is hiring an Associate Manager, Data Operations to lead the day-to-day performance of a team of 15–20 Data Associates across classification, attribution, and product-catalog workflows. The role operates within plans set by the Manager of Data Operations, translating targets into daily execution while serving as the first line of defense for quality, throughput, and service-level agreements. The Associate Manager coaches associates to become data-driven critical thinkers and surfaces operational insights and improvement recommendations. The position involves monitoring real-time utilization dashboards and queue metrics, anticipating bottlenecks, reallocating associates across queues, conducting quality reviews, and coaching associates through root-cause analysis. The Associate Manager also partners with Quality, Training, Governance, automation teams, and peer Associate Managers to address process gaps and pilot improvements. The role keeps client needs in view and ensures the team is prepared to meet upcoming workloads. Success includes maintaining at least 98% accuracy, meeting productivity targets and SLA requirements, keeping error-related rework below 2%, developing associate performance through coaching and training, implementing at least two documented workflow or tool improvements per quarter, and building strong cross-functional relationships. Early priorities include assessing team skills and coverage gaps, establishing a data-driven feedback loop, and optimizing production and administrative workload balance. Longer-term work includes improving operational flow across time zones, integrating new datasets or channels without proportionally increasing headcount, and preparing Team Leads for Manager-level responsibilities.
