About The Position
VTG is seeking an Associate Logistics and Provisioning Analysts to support the AN/SQQ-89(V) USW Systems Lifecycle Support program in Hamton Roads, VA. These entry-level positions execute provisioning database tasks, stock number research, and supply support data management under the direction of senior ILS staff.
Requirements
- Must have and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance
- 0 to 5 years of logistics, supply chain, or Navy ILS experience
- Strong attention to detail and experience with data entry in structured database environments
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Navy supply systems (FLIS, OMMS-NG, ICAPS-CS) preferred but not required
- Navy veteran with logistics rating (SK, AK, LS, or equivalent) or DOD supply experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform FLIS screening and file change requests for AN/SQQ-89 spare parts and consumables
- Execute stock number research and NSN data entry in ICAPS-CS under senior oversight
- Maintain APL/AEL data and support supply support database updates
- Assist with inventory management functions and warehouse support at OSR locations
- Support data calls with data compilation and format preparation
- Maintain ILS tracking spreadsheets and action item logs
- Coordinate document uploads to iPDM and configuration management tracking systems
- Assist in preparation of ILS audit materials and data packages
