About The Position

This is a full-time position working onsite in Des Moines, IA. Assess and troubleshoot basic support issues while applying understanding of modern software, hardware, systems, and applications. Participate in on-call rotation for support outside of core hours.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Customer service experience or relevant IT certifications.
  • Must be able to commit to Ruan's value statement by acting with integrity in everything we do.

  • Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, database, and web applications.
  • Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate IT issues.
  • Fulfill IT requests.
  • Create and maintain accurate records and technical documentation.
  • Perform technical cross-training with team members.
  • Perform other specialized tasks in relation to established career development plans.
