About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) is hiring an Associate Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Level 2) to support various F-15 programs in Berkeley, Missouri. The position reports to the F-15 IP&S Manager and supports integrated planning and scheduling activities to meet program and project requirements. The role contributes to maintaining plans, tracking performance and commitments, assessing risks, and communicating schedule changes and recovery plans to stakeholders.

The position may require travel up to 10% of the time and is on first shift. Applicants must meet U.S. export control requirements as a U.S. Person. The position is not safety sensitive, does not require a security clearance, and is not contingent upon a program award. Boeing will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

Requirements

• More than 1 year of experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines.
• More than 1 year of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
• More than 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements as a U.S. Person.

Nice To Haves

• More than 1 year of experience using integrated scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities for maintaining an integrated plan that meets program and project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
• Participate in maintaining, analyzing, and producing plan-related metrics.
• Assist more experienced personnel with risk assessments, mitigation plans, and refining the business case.
• Develop, collect, organize, and provide data and updates to maintain status on programs, schedules, customer and supplier commitments, and compliance.
• Coordinate document work statements and resulting schedules.
• Identify and report performance variances, project status, and change information to the project team.
• Communicate plan changes and recovery plans to ensure stakeholder commitment.
