About The Position

Higharc is seeking an Associate Implementation Lead to join the Implementation team and own the delivery of customer configurations and home plans into the Higharc platform. You'll report to the Manager of Implementation and work in close partnership with an Implementation Lead to drive real project outcomes from day one. This role is where platform expertise gets built. You'll own specific deliverables within active customer implementations — translating home plans, validating configurations, and producing documentation that meets the standard Higharc's builders depend on. You're not shadowing; you're contributing directly to projects that matter, with accountability for the accuracy and quality of your work product. Day-to-day, you'll be one of the builder's main contacts for implementation questions, helping translate their existing documents and products into the settings and models the Higharc platform requires. You'll track task progress, flag gaps, and keep the Implementation Lead informed so project milestones stay on course. You'll also support triage and documentation of bugs and product gaps — surfacing issues early rather than letting them compound. As you build domain and platform depth, you'll have the opportunity to operate as the Lead on lower-complexity accounts. This role is designed for someone who takes pride in craft and wants to grow into ownership.
