The Implementation Associate will be part of an agile team, playing a critical role in researching and organizing large sets of higher education labor data. This role involves collaborating with the Client Success Team to process client-submitted data into actionable labor spend benchmarks, which will be used to advise senior finance executives on administrative efficiency and effectiveness. The position also supports the Assessment and Credentialing product with Self Studies and Outcome Sets.
