Requirements
- 2+ years in software implementation or Consulting.
- At least 2+ years in SaaS industry.
- Led multiple complex projects or initiatives at once while still being laser-focused on detail.
- Excellent multi-tasker and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Experienced in customer-facing presentations and have a consistent record of working with senior leaders.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working directly with banking and insurance clients to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into system configurations, data mappings, test plans, user training, and internal controls.
- Hands-on experience applying AI or machine learning in financial services—such as intelligent document processing, risk insights, or workflow automation—to improve speed, accuracy, and decision-making.
