About The Position

As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in guiding customers through the successful transition to the IntelliDealer platform. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will configure solutions, lead client engagements, and ensure a seamless go-live experience that drives adoption, operational efficiency, and long-term success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise, business process understanding, and client-facing consulting to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience implementing ERP, DMS, or enterprise software solutions
  • Strong customer-facing consulting and communication skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into system configurations
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with data, workflows, and business processes
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with IntelliDealer or similar dealer management platforms
  • Heavy equipment, rental, or industrial industry experience
  • Practical accounting or financial systems knowledge
  • Experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize IntelliDealer solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices
  • Support both new customer onboarding and enhancements for existing clients
  • Align system setup with operational workflows and business goals
  • Lead client workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and align on solutions
  • Guide customers through system functionality, workflows, and best practices
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, including business and operational leaders
  • Facilitate validation of converted data, system configurations, and workflows
  • Develop and execute test scenarios to ensure accuracy and readiness
  • Support customers through go-live and transition from legacy systems
  • Conduct post-go-live follow-ups to drive adoption and satisfaction
  • Identify optimization opportunities and recommend improvements
  • Support long-term customer success through ongoing engagement
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and implementation records
  • Communicate progress, updates, and risks to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Project Management teams
