About The Position

The Associate I, Quality Control Labs (Para-Professional & Support Path) performs business support tasks in the Quality Control Labs, including inspection, testing, and analysis of products and raw materials. The role follows established procedures with limited decision-making authority and requires job-related training, attention to detail, and reliability. The associate reports test results accurately and collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate lab results into the manufacturing process. The position requires strict adherence to GxP regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), accurate and complete documentation, rigorous quality control, and completion of all required training. Associates are expected to meet individual job requirements, contribute to organizational compliance, and support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. This is a second-shift position, 40 hours per week, from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, with minimal travel. Relocation and sponsorship assistance are not available.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
Three years of relevant experience.
Attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to follow established procedures with limited decision-making authority.

Responsibilities

Perform business support or clerical tasks in the Quality Control Labs according to procedures.
Conduct inspection, testing, and analysis of products and raw materials to ensure they meet required specifications and standards, using analytical techniques and laboratory equipment.
Accurately report test results and collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to integrate lab results into the manufacturing process.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures and GxP regulations; maintain accurate and complete documentation, ensure quality control, and complete required training.
Meet individual job requirements and contribute to organizational compliance and continuous improvement.
