About The Position

Terzo Enterprises is a logistics company focused on the repair, refurbishment, and remanufacturing of pallets. The Quality Control role inspects and corrects pallet quality issues to meet specifications, including customer-specific requirements. Work includes examining pallets, removing damaged or defective boards, addressing nail-related issues, troubleshooting jams, and performing basic maintenance on the quality control station. The position is indoor, steady, year-round work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Able to frequently lift, push, pull, carry, and flip pallets weighing 75 to 85 pounds.
May be required to work frequent overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts.

Basic tool knowledge.

Responsibilities

Inspect pallets visually for defects, including broken boards and blocks, missing components, nail defects, debris, and contamination.
Correct defects that do not meet specification criteria.
Remove damaged boards using a pry bar or hammer.
Use a hammer and/or saw to correct quality issues in assembled pallets.
Lift and examine pallets and correct nail-related issues.
Understand pallet specifications and modifications required for customers.
Troubleshoot jams and perform basic maintenance on the quality control station.
Clean the work area during and at the end of the shift.
Perform other duties as required.
