About The Position
Terzo Enterprises is a logistics company focused on the repair, refurbishment, and remanufacturing of pallets. The Quality Control position inspects and corrects pallet defects to meet customer specifications. Work takes place indoors in a steady, year-round environment and involves using tools such as a hammer, saw, and pry bar, along with troubleshooting jams and performing basic maintenance on the quality control station. The role requires frequent handling of pallets weighing 75 to 85 pounds and may involve overtime, weekend work, or rotating shifts.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to frequently lift, push, pull, carry, and flip pallets weighing 75 to 85 pounds.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities
- Inspect pallets visually for defects, including broken boards and blocks, missing components, nail defects, debris, and contamination.
- Correct defects that do not meet specification criteria.
- Remove damaged boards using a pry bar or hammer and correct nail-related issues.
- Lift and examine pallets and understand pallet specifications and customer-required modifications.
- Troubleshoot jams and perform basic maintenance on the quality control station.
- Clean the work area during and at the end of the shift.
- Perform other duties as required.
