About The Position

The Associate I, Quality Control Labs (Para-Professional & Support Path) performs business support tasks in Quality Control Labs, including inspection, testing, and analysis of products and raw materials. The role reports test results accurately and works with cross-functional teams to integrate lab results into the manufacturing process. Work is performed according to established procedures, with limited decision-making authority, and requires job-related training, attention to detail, and reliability. The position adheres to GxP regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintains accurate and complete documentation, supports rigorous quality control, and completes required training. Associates are expected to meet individual job requirements, contribute to organizational compliance, and support continuous improvement. The schedule is second shift, 40 hours per week, from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, with minimal travel.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
Three years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Perform business support or clerical tasks in Quality Control Labs according to procedures.
Inspect, test, and analyze products and raw materials to ensure they meet required specifications and standards, using analytical techniques and laboratory equipment.
Accurately report test results and collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to integrate lab results into the manufacturing process.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures and GxP regulations; maintain accurate and complete documentation, ensure quality control, and complete required training.
Meet individual job requirements and contribute to organizational compliance and continuous improvement.
