About The Position

Turning Stone Resort Facilities is seeking a dependable HVAC Service Technician to install, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment. The role requires technical knowledge, attention to safety, and the ability to prioritize maintenance tasks while supporting Facilities operations. The position offers a second-shift schedule, either Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday, from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The starting pay range is $21.00–$26.25 per hour, with a $1,500 signing bonus.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related HVAC experience.
• High school diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma.
• Valid New York State driver’s license.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with diplomacy and objectivity.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift 41–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Repair and install basic HVAC equipment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
• Demonstrate proper techniques in welding, brazing, and soldering.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the use of all types of HVAC equipment.
• Consistently demonstrate concern for the safe operation of power tools.
