About the position
This role is responsible for providing HR support to assigned client groups within the organization. The main focus is on acting as the initial point of contact for employees and managers, addressing various HR-related issues and seeking guidance from HR management when needed. The role also involves working closely with client group management to identify opportunities for organizational improvement and enhance employee engagement. Additionally, the role requires building positive relationships, driving best practices, facilitating change initiatives, ensuring compliance with HR programs, and overseeing employee transactions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for HR-related support to employees and managers
- Provide support in employee relations, morale, performance issues, compensation questions, and development opportunities
- Collaborate with client group management and leadership to identify opportunities for organizational efficiency and employee engagement
- Raise issues and champion initiatives within the client group(s)
- Build positive working relationships and understand clients' businesses to influence and drive effective people management practices
- Consult with managers to drive best practices and tailored solutions
- Facilitate and guide the implementation of change initiatives
- Ensure compliance and consistent application of HR programs, policies, and practices
- Conduct employee exit meetings
- Oversee employee transaction paperwork
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
