About the position
As a Facilities Tech at Domo's corporate headquarters, you will provide general and administrative support to the Facilities function. Your role will involve performing daily facility inspections, addressing issues promptly, and maintaining the cleanliness of the building, including high-traffic areas such as the break room and restrooms. Additionally, you will be responsible for basic handyman work, coordinating with external vendors for building issues, and assisting with furniture and equipment moves. A world-class customer service attitude is essential in this role, as you will be the face of Facilities and expected to spot issues before others do.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly facility inspections and address issues quickly and to the Domo standard
- Ensure par-levels of supplies in the break rooms
- Maintain cleanliness of break room, common areas and restrooms
- Assist staff with moves of furniture and equipment, etc.
- Assist with building maintenance tasks such as reconfiguration of workspace and repair of office equipment
- Coordinate with external vendors to address various building issues (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, furniture, etc.) when appropriate
