About the position
As an Associate Solution Consultant at Domo, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on acquiring new customers and providing them with the best sales experience. Your role will involve developing pipeline and creative strategies, delivering demos, and offering technical sales support to win over new prospects. You will also be responsible for understanding the needs of potential partners' businesses and effectively demonstrating Domo's functional and technical capabilities. By establishing Domo's product as the best solution available, you will contribute to the company's goal of empowering organizations to make faster, data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer's goals and challenges and establish Domo's product as the best solution available
- Responsible for discovery calls, architecture discussion, and delivery of value-based demonstrations to customers
- Provide product and solution expertise to sales team in order to grow understanding of our technology and progress their solution expertise
- Create and facilitate high-quality Domo demonstrations to prospects and customers
- Qualify customers' requirements and effectively articulate Domo's value proposition
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to develop pipeline and creative strategies to acquire new customers
- Provide technical sales support to win over new prospects
- Ensure a high level of field support to provide the best sales experience for customers
- Understand the needs of perspective Partners' businesses and translate those needs into a demonstration of Domo's functional and technical capabilities
- Ask business-focused questions and work with the sales team to communicate differentiated messaging at the top of the funnel.
