About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Accounting.
0–2 years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

PC proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
Understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

Conduct financial statement analysis.
Participate in month-end close activities.
Understand and validate intercompany activity.
Prepare quarterly and year-end Textron and external auditor schedules.
Ensure SOX documentation is accurate and maintained.
Participate in systems testing as required for changes, upgrades, or new entities.
Monitor weekly SAP batch jobs and coordinate with user departments to resolve SAP interface errors.
