Your role at Baxter As an Associate, Field Service I, you will ensure Baxter’s medical products are safe, clean, and fully functional for patient use across hospitals, clinics, and home‑care environments. You will support both rental and customer‑owned equipment by performing cleaning, disinfection, operational checks, and minor repairs, while also providing 24/7 delivery and removal services. This role places you at the center of Baxter’s mission—supporting essential therapies during critical moments of patient care.
