The Associate Field Service Engineer plays a vital role in maintaining diagnostic tools that directly impact patient health. This role involves conducting service, repair, and installation of products and IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. The engineer will diagnose system failures, determine cost-effective solutions, and escalate complex issues as needed. This position is part of the Service Organization, located in the SE Michigan metro area, and will be fully remote. Our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time. You will be part of the Field Service Team, reporting to the Field Service Manager, and responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of Beckman Coulter equipment, specifically servicing Chemistry, Automation, and Immunoassay systems.
