About The Position

Bazaarvoice is seeking a motivated, strategic, and detail-oriented Associate Engagement Manager to join our Global Services organization. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our customers and internal technical teams. You will manage the post-sale implementation project, ensuring successful onboarding, high adoption rates, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex problems and driving business value through technology implementations, all while making customers 'deliriously' happy. You’ll be faced with prioritizing your workload on a daily basis in order to deliver an excellent experience for all of your clients. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, have excellent multi-tasking skills, are able to make decisions quickly and ensure your projects’ optimum balance of cost, time, and quality. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or comparable work experience.
  • 2-3 years professional project management/engagement management experience, or comparable work experience.
  • Track record of working with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain strong client focus.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion, energy, and a collaborative work ethic.
  • Proven ability to ramp-up quickly and be a self-starter.
  • SaaS implementation project management experience.
  • Ability to communicate well with developers about HTML, CSS, XML, and other Web technologies.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification.
  • Background in e-commerce industry.
  • Experience scoping professional services for SaaS implementations.
  • Experience generating or executing SOWs.
  • Experience selling or delivering Managed Services engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with Sales, Client Success, Support, and Product Teams.
  • Master our templated and custom Statements of Work (SOW), that detail services activities, resourcing requirements, deliverables, timing and budgeted hours.
  • Facilitate client workshops and sessions, presenting, and walking through Bazaarvoice’s value-proposition.
  • Manage and properly set expectations with both internal and client stakeholders.
  • Advocate on behalf of the Client and your team.
  • Effectively manage and drive a portfolio of projects from initiation to close.
  • Define and maintain project plans, proactively identifying risks and churn mitigation strategies
