About The Position

Ondaro is currently seeking a ServiceNow Engagement Manager (Project Manager) to lead the delivery and coordination of ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects. As an Ondaro Engagement Manager, you will work closely with clients, architects, consultants, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution, alignment with business objectives, effective stakeholder communication, and high-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies within enterprise technology projects.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities, implementation lifecycle, and enterprise service management concepts.
  • Ability to work consultatively with customers and internal stakeholders to align delivery outcomes with business objectives

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate project governance activities including status meetings, steering committees, action tracking, and executive reporting.
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements, project objectives, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • Drive project planning activities including resource allocation, milestone definition, sprint planning, and delivery forecasting.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, blockers, and scope changes.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams, customers, third-party vendors, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Support change management, user adoption, and transition-to-support activities as needed.
  • Ensure project documentation, deliverables, and acceptance processes are completed according to organizational standards and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery leadership to support project staffing, estimations, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Promote delivery best practices, process consistency, and continuous improvement across ServiceNow projects and programs.
