The role will own the product vision, multi-year roadmap, quarterly objectives, backlog prioritization, and release planning. It will lead cross-functional teams and partners to deliver a compliant, connected destination where healthcare professionals can find accurate, timely scientific information, initially in the US and later across priority affiliates. The position will define and monitor performance measures, build dashboards, conduct quarterly reviews, and use findings to inform product and content decisions. It will also establish structured, modular, and tagged content practices that support search and responsible AI- and LLM-enabled experiences, while tracking digital trends and piloting relevant capabilities. The position reports to the Senior Director, Medical Affairs Omnichannel Capabilities and Digital Solutions.
