Lilly•Indianapolis, IN
•$132,000 - $213,400•Hybrid

About The Position

Lilly is seeking an experienced pharmacist to maintain verification standards and conduct quality reviews for LillyDirect Pharmacy. The role requires professional judgment, a quality and audit mindset, and a commitment to patient safety and compliance, ideally in an online or direct-to-patient environment. The position keeps prescription-verification standards current, recommends updates for approval, reviews completed work for accuracy and adherence, documents findings as pharmacy records, and develops training content and competency criteria to support consistent practice as LillyDirect scales. This is not a front-line escalation role. In-shift pharmacist decisions and real-time exception handling are handled by operations and escalations pharmacists; this position maintains the standards those decisions are measured against and performs subsequent quality review. The position follows a pharmacy-scheduler-created schedule Monday through Friday, with at least three days on site each week and up to two days worked remotely when appropriate, consistent with Lilly's remote work policy. The anticipated wage is $132,000–$213,400. Full-time equivalent employees are eligible for a company bonus, depending in part on company and individual performance, and eligible employees may participate in a comprehensive benefits program.
