•$157,200 - $256,600

About The Position

Regeneron’s newly established Enterprise Data & AI organization is focused on driving AI transformation and adoption across the enterprise. The Associate Director Product Management - Enterprise AI will own the roadmap for an assigned portfolio of enterprise AI platforms and tools, including internal AI assistants, secure data-connected applications, and agentic solutions. The role translates business needs into technical requirements, makes analytically grounded product decisions, and uses data and user feedback to shape future capabilities. The position combines product leadership with a forward deployed engineering approach. It embeds with global development, business, and scientific teams to scope, prototype, and deploy AI and agentic solutions into production, then feeds field insights back into the platform roadmap. The role works closely with the Chief AI Officer’s leadership team, the AI Innovation leader, Platform Engineering, Delivery Managers, and Business Unit IT partners to deliver trusted, useful AI platforms adopted at enterprise scale. The role owns product strategy and release planning for its portfolio; leads development of platform components and tooling; supports evaluation, piloting, and deployment of technologies; and drives product adoption and continuous improvement. It also contributes hands-on to prototypes, integrations, and evaluations when needed, and codifies effective approaches into reusable building blocks, playbooks, and reference architectures. The position is based in Tarrytown, New York. The posting states an annual salary range of $157,200 to $256,600.
