About The Position

Intention Healthcare, a division of Essen Healthcare, is seeking an Associate Director of Growth Operations to drive the growth of its programs with CMS’s Innovation Center, including an ACO program for high-needs patients and the GUIDE program for families struggling with Dementia. This role is both internal- and external-facing, responsible for managing an inside sales team to educate colleagues and patients about the programs for enrollment, and for working with external partners to establish new referral sources and ensure a smooth patient experience. The goal is to expand these programs both within Essen's existing patient base and through partnerships with other provider organizations.

Requirements

  • Associate degree, Bachelor's degree, or above.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare and/or social work.
  • 7+ years in consulting/growth/sales roles.
  • Experience managing front-line sales, enrollment, care management, or outreach teams.
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C sales / account management.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and health insurance terminology.
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills.
  • Excellent sales or persuasion skills.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse, underserved populations.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, be held accountable for high performance standards, and deliver against targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience developing dashboards to monitor performance.
  • Proficiency in developing and giving presentations to partners and managing strategic relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an inside sales team to drive both productivity and conversion rate targets, bringing rigor to quantity/quality tradeoff management.
  • Redesign the patient sales funnel by developing and implementing one or more sales playbooks to ensure targeted outreach with the right message.
  • Conduct weekly call reviews with the team for continuous coaching and improvement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine collateral and develop a distribution strategy.
  • Meet with other medical providers and CBOs to establish partnerships that drive growth and patient access to services.
  • Design and conduct in-service presentations and trainings for partner organizations to encourage referrals.
  • Conduct research on analogous and/or competing organizations to inform strategy and pitch.
  • Work with colleagues across the Essen ecosystem to better integrate approaches for common patients, reducing confusion and improving patient experience and program uptake.
  • Understand compliance issues related to program discussion and pitching, ensuring team and partner conversations adhere to regulations.

Benefits

  • Pay: $75,000-85,000 base
  • OTE Bonus: 65% of base
