About The Position

Rider University is hiring three Associate Directors of Financial Aid to provide financial aid services to students and families. Services include financial aid packaging, counseling, problem resolution, and financial planning. The Associate Directors will administer financial aid programs, assist with program implementation, manage an assigned caseload, and complete special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Three years of effective financial aid experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, and motivational skills.
• Skills with Microsoft Office and Google platforms.
• Working knowledge of federal and state policies, procedures, and resources.
• Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree.
• Ellucian/Banner experience.
