About The Position

The Associate Director of Admissions is responsible for enrolling and starting qualified students and assisting the Director of Admissions with managing, training, reviewing, and overseeing the performance of the Admissions Counselor team. The role involves managing the admissions process and directing the admissions team to attract and engage prospective students, maintain a pipeline of candidates, enroll and start qualified students, and build the student population. The qualified candidate must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Documented success in college admissions, with at least 2 years of admissions experience.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building ability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
