Carrier’s Digital Sales and Serve (DSS) Center of Excellence (COE) team is enabling higher quality digital commerce experiences throughout the enterprise. Our Digital Revenue Accelerator team within the DSS COE oversees all of Carrier’s global investment through the COE in the areas of eCommerce, MarTech, and SaaS. Through centralized investment in technology, talent, and business transformation the team aims to solidify Carrier’s position as a leader in the digital commerce MarTech, and subscription management spaces. The Global Commerce & Marketing Lead is responsible for defining, governing, and enabling Carrier’s global digital commerce and marketing technology ecosystem. This role provides digital technology leadership across web platforms, eCommerce, search, localization, and MarTech solutions, ensuring scalable, secure, and business aligned implementations across regions. The position acts as a senior liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, engineering, enterprise architecture, and external vendors. The role is accountable for the technological strategy, solution design, delivery alignment, and operational readiness for major digital initiatives, bridging the gap between visionary marketing strategies and high-performance engineering, ensuring a unified roadmap for Carrier’s global digital ecosystem.
