The Associate Director, Field Medical Training, Insights & Analytics is responsible for the development of all products, disease state, competitive landscape and skills training for all Field Medical personnel supporting the Neuroscience Migraine portfolio. The role involves development, operational planning and implementation of the full annual training program, primary facilitation of training classes, pull through learning programs and skills training for Field Medical colleagues. The role also includes reviewing and collating insights from Field Medical teams to identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and opportunities within the therapeutic area. The Associate Director is responsible for agency project management and execution of newly developed training programs, including management of legal, regulatory & medical approval process of various training initiatives. Collection of best practices from global colleagues, and US franchises are also in the scope of the role.
