About The Position

An established nonprofit outpatient dental organization serving Southwest Georgia for over 40 years is hiring an Associate Dentist in Albany, Georgia. The dentist will provide full-scope general dentistry, with procedures tailored to their clinical comfort level. Implant placement is generally excluded. The role serves patients with limited access to dental services and offers clinical flexibility, opportunities for professional growth, and a four-day workweek.

The schedule is Monday through Thursday, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Call is phone-only. The dentist can expect approximately 18–20 patients daily, including hygiene checks, and will use eClinicalWorks EMR. New graduates and experienced dentists are welcome.

Compensation is $180,000–$215,000 annually, with productivity-based compensation tied to patient volume and an initial 6–12-month salary guarantee. Relocation assistance is $10,000 for out-of-state hires or $5,000 for in-state hires. Benefits include medical insurance with a $550–$650 monthly employer contribution, dental and vision coverage options, retirement plans, paid leave, CME support, possible NHSC loan repayment, and FTCA malpractice coverage.
