About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring an Associate Dentist to provide exceptional patient care while receiving business and administrative support from a dental service organization. Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists and receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.

The dentist will work with a patient-centric team, exercise clinical judgment and leadership, diagnose dental conditions, discuss treatment options with patients, and provide high-quality clinical treatments. The position is part-time, with a stated salary range of $180,000–$215,000 per year.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent quality of care to patients while adhering to professional dental practice ethics and standards.
• Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Keep current with developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community.
• Work with a patient-centric team, respecting clinical judgment and leadership.
