About The Position

Seva Dental Team is seeking an Associate Dentist to join an established practice that has served the Willoughby community for more than 20 years. The office has a loyal patient base of more than 2,500 active patients, approximately 25 new patients per month, and a strong hygiene program with 10 hygiene days per week. It is a productive, hygiene-driven practice with room to expand comprehensive care. Endodontics and orthodontics are currently referred out, offering an opportunity to bring additional services in-house as the dentist’s skills and experience allow. The previous owner continues practicing two to three days per week, providing patient continuity and support as the associate gets established.

The practice has seven large, spacious, open operatories and well-maintained equipment. Its technology includes CBCT, Medit and iTero Lumina scanners, a WaveOne endodontic system, digital imaging, paperless charts, and cloud-based practice software. The patient base is fee-for-service and PPO, with no capitation. The office is located in a shopping center in Willoughby, Ohio.

Requirements

• Be at least one year out of dental school.
• Be comfortable managing a busy patient schedule.
• Be interested in comprehensive treatment planning and expanding services.
• Communicate effectively and build trust with patients and teammates.
• Be efficient, growth-minded, and motivated to continue developing clinically.
• Demonstrate a positive team-leadership approach and strong work ethic.
