About The Position
Aspen Dental is hiring an Associate Dentist to provide exceptional patient care within an Aspen Dental-branded practice. The role offers clinical autonomy and flexibility, supported by a nationwide network and non-clinical resources for finance, IT, marketing, billing, HR, call center, and learning and development. Dentists can access advanced technology, training, continuing education, and an opportunity to pursue practice ownership through the Practice Ownership Program. Practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists and receive non-clinical business support from Aspen Dental Management, Inc. The position is listed as full-time, with a salary range of $200,000–$230,000 per year and a location-specific signing incentive of $15,000. Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent quality care to patients while adhering to high standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
- Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
- Offer treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
- Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
- Keep abreast of developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
- Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
