About The Position

An established and growing dental practice in Nanaimo is seeking a part-time Associate Dentist to join its team. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into an existing patient base within a busy, family-focused clinic that continues to experience strong patient demand and steady growth. You'll practice in a modern, fully digital environment equipped with digital radiography, panoramic imaging, iTero scanning, intraoral cameras, and paperless workflows. You'll be supported by an experienced clinical team, including dedicated CDA assistance and a strong hygiene program, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
• Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
• Valid CPR certification
• Domiciled in Canada
• Confident, independent provider who enjoys the variety and pace of comprehensive general dentistry
• Pride in building lasting patient relationships and delivering exceptional care in a supportive, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable performing a broad range of bread-and-butter dentistry, including restorative treatment, basic endodontics, and extractions
• Dentists with strong clinical foundations, sound judgment, and a desire to continue growing their skills are encouraged to apply
• Value teamwork, professionalism, and creating positive experiences for your patients
