About The Position
Millennium Dental Arts is a modern, well-established private practice serving Goodyear since 2005. We are an adults-only practice, focusing on fee-for-service patients who value quality dentistry and are willing to invest in their oral health. Our patients are primarily adults and retirees who have been with us for years. We offer a full-time position that consists of a four-day work week, providing stability and earning potential while maintaining a good work-life balance. The ideal candidate will enjoy practicing comprehensive dentistry, including crowns & bridges, restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, Invisalign, treatment planning, and digital dentistry. Our office is equipped with modern technology such as CBCT and digital scanners to facilitate excellent and efficient patient care. We are looking for a dentist who prioritizes communication, building relationships, and performing quality dentistry over simply addressing immediate issues.
Requirements
- Associate Dentist (DDS/DMD) position.
- Experienced Associate Dentist.
- Kind, professional, coachable, dependable, and emotionally mature.
- Easy to work with and great at communicating with patients.

Responsibilities
- Practice comprehensive dentistry including crowns & bridges, restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and Invisalign.
- Perform treatment planning for adult patients.
- Provide comprehensive adult care utilizing modern technology.
- Communicate effectively with patients to build trust and relationships.
