About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring an Associate Dentist to provide exceptional patient care in a supported clinical practice. The role offers competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, a learning and development program, and administrative and business support so the dentist can focus on patient care. Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists and receive non-clinical business support from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.

The position includes an opportunity to pursue practice ownership through the Practice Ownership Program, access to a surgical training center and continuing education, and collaboration with a patient-centric team. The advertised salary is $200,000–$230,000 per year, with a location-specific signing incentive of $15,000.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent quality of care to patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
• Conduct comprehensive full-mouth examinations and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Keep current with developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
• Work collaboratively with a patient-centric team while exercising clinical judgment and leadership.
