About The Position

The Associate Dentist will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in a supportive, growth-oriented practice. The opportunity is suitable for recent graduates seeking mentorship as well as experienced clinicians. A strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence is essential. Mentorship from senior doctors is available for advanced procedures, including surgical and wisdom tooth extractions, implants, root canals, and conscious IV sedation. The practice offers access to a large and diverse patient base and advanced technology, including CBCT imaging.

Compensation includes a daily guarantee of $650–$900, depending on experience, for the first 90 days, followed by 30% of collections. Benefits include in-house dental benefits, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
