About The Position
We are currently seeking a passionate Associate Dentist to join a reputable dental practice in Harrisonburg, VA. This opportunity is open to new graduates. Mentorship is available. This is a 5 operatory FFS/PPO practice equipped with CBCT/Itero scanner. As an Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced dental professionals and provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. You will have access to state-of-the-art equipment and technology, as well as ongoing support and training to enhance your skills and advance your career.
Requirements
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
- Active dental license in the state of Virginia
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- Proficiency in dental procedures and techniques

Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and proper dental care
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
