About The Position
Alaska Advanced Dentistry is a privately owned, full-service dental practice in Anchorage that has consistently delivered exceptional patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment for over 30 years. We invest in advanced technology — including cone beam CT imaging and in-office 3D printing — and take pride in offering comprehensive care that many practices refer out. We're looking for a motivated Associate Dentist to join our team. This is a great fit for a dentist who wants clinical variety, mentorship if desired, and a path toward a long-term role in a stable, continually advancing and growing practice — without the politics of corporate dentistry.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Alaska dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills and a patient-first mindset
- Excellent communication and team-player attitude
- New grads welcome — experienced dentists encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general and restorative dental care
- Perform exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education
- Collaborate with an experienced clinical team
- Opportunity to expand into specialty procedures based on your skill set and interests
