About The Position
Assist and support the origination and execution of transactions for the Infrastructure Debt strategies. Take a leadership role in executing transactions from inception through financial close, and transition toward generating actionable deal opportunities across investment strategies. Support client portfolio management activities as directed and assist with ongoing transaction monitoring and portfolio management in conjunction with Asset Management.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the execution, origination, structuring, and analysis of new infrastructure debt investments.
- Present transactions to the investment committee.
- Act as a key point of contact and interface with clients regarding portfolios and relevant operational considerations.
- Assist with ongoing transaction monitoring and maintenance in conjunction with Asset Management.
- Assist with fundraising efforts as directed, in conjunction with GCS.
- Interact with the IFM management team and other internal key stakeholders.
- Support client portfolio management activities as directed.
- Help generate actionable deal opportunities across investment strategies.
