About The Position

The Warehouse Associate works in a fast-paced distribution center in Chino, California, with an emphasis on safety, work/life balance, and meeting production and safety goals. The role includes fulfilling customer orders, receiving and inspecting shipments, and collaborating with warehouse colleagues and other teams. The position is first shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Starting pay is $19.50 per hour, with potential overtime.

Requirements

• Effective time-management skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without an accommodation is required.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent years of experience preferred.
• One to two years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick items from designated storage locations according to customer order specifications.
• Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Receive incoming shipments and inspect them for accuracy, quality, and damage.
• Verify incoming shipments against documentation such as packing slips or purchase orders.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to support workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands.
