About The Position

Rio Grande is hiring a part-time Distribution Center Associate to support warehouse and light manufacturing operations across multiple departments and teams. The role involves helping meet same-day shipping service levels in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Both opening and closing shifts are possible. Rio Grande is open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM, with occasional weekend hours. The position is approximately 16–30 hours per week. Requirements

Consistent work or school history demonstrating work ethic and commitment.
Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and self-management skills.
Strong attention to detail, research, and problem-solving skills for continuous improvement.
Experience using Microsoft Outlook for email and basic computer skills.
Ability to maintain or exceed productivity standards.
Ability to meet required attendance standards.
Ability to work successfully within a team.
Willingness to view mistakes as learning opportunities and to accept constructive feedback and discussion aimed at learning and improvement.
Ability to lift 20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, lift, reach, twist, and walk regularly throughout the shift.
