About The Position

The Associate Cycle Counter performs cycle counts and physical inventory counts across multiple plant areas to maintain inventory accuracy. The role investigates discrepancies, conducts root cause analysis, resolves variances between physical and system inventory, and maintains accurate records in the ERP system. It also supports inventory management through documentation review, proper storage and traceability, Engineering Change Order part exchanges, inventory reporting, and collaboration with other teams. This is an onsite, first-shift role scheduled Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with overtime as needed by the business. Travel is 0%. Compensation is $20.75 per hour, and the position is bonus eligible and includes benefits.

Responsibilities

Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts across multiple plant areas.
Investigate inventory discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve variances between physical and system inventory.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system and use system tools to research and track inventory issues.
Compile and review purchase orders, inventory records, and related documentation to support inventory management.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, organization, and traceability of inventory throughout the facility.
Assist with Engineering Change Order (ECO) part exchanges and ensure damaged or defective materials are handled according to procedures.
Prepare inventory reports and provide updates on shortages, discrepancies, and investigations during Tier 1 meetings.
Collaborate with Materials, Quality, Assembly, Fabrication, and other teams to support inventory accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives.
