About The Position

The Associate Cycle Counter performs cycle counts and physical inventory counts across multiple plant areas to maintain inventory accuracy. The role investigates discrepancies, conducts root cause analysis, resolves variances between physical and system inventory, and maintains accurate records in the ERP system. The position also supports inventory documentation, storage, labeling, organization, and traceability; assists with Engineering Change Order (ECO) part exchanges; and helps ensure damaged or defective materials are handled according to procedures. The Associate Cycle Counter prepares inventory reports and shares updates on shortages, discrepancies, and investigations during Tier 1 meetings, while collaborating with Materials, Quality, Assembly, Fabrication, and other teams on inventory accuracy and continuous improvement.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts across multiple plant areas.
Investigate inventory discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve variances between physical and system inventory.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system and use system tools to research and track inventory issues.
Compile and review purchase orders, inventory records, and related documentation.
Ensure inventory is properly stored, labeled, organized, and traceable throughout the facility.
Assist with Engineering Change Order (ECO) part exchanges and handle damaged or defective materials according to procedures.
Prepare inventory reports and provide updates on shortages, discrepancies, and investigations during Tier 1 meetings.
Collaborate with Materials, Quality, Assembly, Fabrication, and other teams to support inventory accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives.
