About The Position

NIQ is seeking an Associate Client Manager to join their Customer Success team. This is a HYBRID position, requiring 4 days a week at client sites in the Edison, NJ area. The role involves partnering with customers to set objectives, build strong relationships, and provide deep expertise with adaptability, urgency, and positivity. The Associate Client Manager will develop a consultative approach to client business issues, understanding their industry and challenges. They will leverage NielsenIQ solutions and industry knowledge to conduct advanced analyses, delivering clear, proactive insights and action-oriented recommendations. This includes leading client presentations, driving strategic thought leadership, identifying opportunities for increased partnership, and facilitating clear day-to-day communications to prove the value of NielsenIQ solutions. Ensuring client stakeholders understand and buy into the value delivered, understanding client structures, and ensuring on-time delivery of solutions to achieve forecasted revenue are key aspects of the role. Collaboration with internal partners is essential to ensure work is connected to customer business objectives, delivered on time, and focused on outcomes.

  • 3+ years of industry-related experience – CPG, Retail, market research, analytics or consulting.
  • Advanced capability in data analysis and synthesis, leveraging large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
  • Skilled at managing complex client relationships and solving problems effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • College/University Undergraduate or Master’s degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with NielsenIQ (or similar) platforms, syndicated data, and retail measurement tools is highly desirable.
  • Category Management experience preferred.

  • Facilitate clear day-to-day communications with customers, proving the value of NielsenIQ solutions in support of growth, adoption, and value creation.
  • Ensure client stakeholders buy into outcomes and value NielsenIQ is delivering to them.
  • Understand client structure and organization.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of solutions to achieve forecasted revenue on-time.
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure work is connected to customer business objectives, delivered on-time, and focused on outcome.
