About The Position

The Associate Business Manager is part of the Home Solutions / Builder Team and designs, develops, and manages activities for a specific product or group of products throughout the product lifecycle, from planning through production, release, and end of life. The role works with internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Product Management, the Business Manager, and stakeholders at headquarters. It supports Builder business operations, product roadmap management, recurring business processes, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in competitive intelligence, product management, strategic marketing, or strategy/management consulting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Manage Builder business-related back-office issues.
• Lead the product roadmap for Builder process management.
• Learn and manage routine business processes to maintain continuity during leadership and personnel transitions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and operational initiatives.
• Assist in planning, tracking, and executing business activities to ensure timely completion of key deliverables.
• Design, develop, and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from planning through production, release, and the end of the product lifecycle.
• Support business cycle management by understanding and participating in recurring operational and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address business needs, prioritize critical tasks, and support strategic initiatives.
• Maintain organized documentation, reports, and operational records to support business continuity and decision-making.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to help drive efficient business operations and improvement.
