We are ViiV Healthcare. Here until HIV and AIDS are not. GSK is looking to hire an Associate Brand Manager to join our ViiV Healthcare Team. This role is hybrid and reports directly to Senior Treatment Brand Manager. The ideal candidate will reside in or near Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Brand Manager you will be responsible and accountable for the planning and implementation of elements of the strategic & operational plans within the HIV Treatment and HIV Prevention space. This individual will report to the Senior Treatment Brand Manager and play a supportive role in leading the cross-functional team to success. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years in a pharmaceutical marketing role or pharmaceutical marketing agency
  • Experience working with third party vendors and agreements
  • Experience working with PAAB & ASC
  • Understanding of Market Access and Patient Support Programs an asset
  • Excellence in communication, customer engagement and presentation skills
  • Preferred, Intermediate English & French language skills
  • Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills (e.g., ability to synthesize conclusions and hypotheses based on a broad set of data sources)
  • Self-motivated, accountable, passionate, committed and invested in the business
  • Ability to effectively work and contribute in a team-based environment
  • Demonstrated time & project management skills
  • Ability to embrace and respond to change
  • Ability to communicate at an intermediate level in French and English, both written & spoken

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in specialty care and/or the HIV treatment or prevention market
  • Experience working with Aids Service Organization and Community Based Organizations
  • Experience with long acting injectables
  • Experience in disease prevention
  • Experience with OTC brands

Responsibilities

  • Active participation to support strategic & operational plan development and execution with key internal brand cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ensuring alignment on brand positioning, plan of action, business strategy, customer segmentation and messaging to achieve brand objectives
  • Managing parts of the A&P budget to ensure brand spending is on target
  • Working closely with senior brand manager (s) and marketing team to support strategic and executional pull through of priority initiatives across ViiV portfolio including support for community engagement team, brand event promotion, omnichannel initiatives and salesforce training support
